Who we are
PromptCare Transportation Service Maryland LLC is a locally owned transportation company serving Baltimore City, Baltimore County, and surrounding Maryland communities.
Founded by Earl Williams, Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder, and Kenia Long, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, PromptCare was created to provide families, children, seniors, and individuals with dependable, safe, and compassionate transportation.
Together, our founders bring complementary experience, leadership, and a shared commitment to building a transportation company rooted in reliability, professionalism, and genuine care for the people we serve.
